How to order from Equisea
You can place an order by telephone, post or email.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron.
Please make all cheques payable to "Equisea Ltd". The order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared (clearance takes up to 5 working days)

Delivery Times
If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched as follows:
Activo-med - Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately of this and give you an approximate delivery date. We will inform you via email/telephone when the item is in stock and check that you still require the item. If the delivery date is acceptable to you, we will ask you for payment and the item dispatched.
Manufacturers Guarantee
All of our products are subject to the manufacturers guarantee as listed below:
Activo-med - Offers a 2 years warranty on all of its product range.
Included within the purchase price, is a full induction/training
session by Equisea on how to use the product for your horse/s. We are
committed to providing you with a full aftercare service for your activo-med
product and therefore if you need any further support with using the product,

We appreciate that you have decided to buy our ACTIVO MED product and are sure that you will find it effective in practical use. Should any defects occur during the guarantee period please apply to the Equisea who sold our product to you. Equisea will immediately contact the manufacturer to have the defective part removed or repaired to your full satisfaction. The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free of defects caused by faulty material or bad workmanship.
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
This guarantee is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of con-sumer purchasers. If within the applicable guarantee period (as shown in 9 below) the appliance proves to be defec-tive by reason of faulty design, workmanship or materials, we undertake subject to the following conditions to have the defective appliance (or any part or parts there of) repaired or at our discre-tion replaced without any costs for material or repair.
Conditions:
1.The appliance shall have been used solely for domestic and normal purposes and in accordance with standard operating instructions and the technical and/or Safety Standards required in the country where this appliance is to be used.
2.Any defective appliance should be returned together with this guarantee and proof of purchase promptly on being found defective, at the purchasers risk and expense, to the authorised dealer from whom the appliance was purchased or to the nearest authorised service dealer. All enquiries must be through such dealers.
3.This guarantee shall not apply to damage caused through fire, water or any other incident beyond our control, accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect, incorrect adjustment or repair, to damage caused through installation, adaption, modifications, or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with the technical and/or safety standards required in the country where this appliance is used or to damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
4.If at any time during the guarantee period any part or parts of the appliance are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or of an objective quality safe and suitable for the appliance, or the appliance has been dismantled or repaired by a person not authorised by us the purchaser shall not be entitled to any rights and/or remedies under this guarantee.
5.The purchasers sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee against us is for the repair (or at our discretion the replacement) of the appliance or any part or parts and no other remedy, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damage or loss or whatsoever nature shall be available to the purchaser.
6.This guarantee shall not apply to parts of a limited natural life.
7.Our decision on all matters relating to complaints shall be final. Any appliance or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
8.The purchaser shall not be entitled to any rights and/or remedies under this guarantee if
9.type or serial number of the appliance are altered, deleted, removed, made unreadable
10.the purchaser cannot produce the original invoice respectively receipt (naming date of sale, product type, dealer name, name and address of the purchaser) together with the defective appliance
11.the documents required are unintelligible, altered or provably false. The guarantee period applicable to all appliances shall be 24 months from the date of the first sale of the product.
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE for Back on Track products.
The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free of defects caused by faulty material or bad workmanship. This guarantee is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers. If used and washed in compliance with the specific instructions, Back on Track products have a life expectancy equal to that of other similar style and quality products.
Should any Back on Track product prove to suffer from faulty material or bad workmanship, the product will be replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions:
1. The product shall have been used solely for the normal purposes designated by the manufacturer.
2. The product is returned immediately upon discovery of such a fault, together with proof of purchase, with such product being returned at the purchaser’s risk and expense directly to the national distributor of the products.
3. This guarantee shall not apply to damage caused by any other incident beyond our control, misuse, wear and tear, neglect, improper choice of sizing, or willful damage, and shall not apply if the product has been modified or otherwise altered in any manner.
4. The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee is for the replacement of the faulty product with the very same style of product in the very same size.
5. The purchaser shall not be entitled to any rights and/or remedies under this guarantee if :
• The purchaser cannot provide the original invoice/receipt showing the date of sale, product description, dealer’s name and details, and name and address of the purchaser.
• The purchaser’s documentation of the sale is unintelligible, altered, or provably false.
6. The guarantee period is strictly limited to within three calendar months from the date of sale.

In addition to the individual manufacturers guarantee, Equisea offer a full aftercare service, if there are any queries to the usage of the products or further support required we are more than happy to advise you further therefore please contact Equisea on jr@equisea.com where we will deal with your query promptly.
Delivery Charges
Activo-med - Items will be *hand-delivered by Equisea at a pre-arranged time and date that is convenient to you. Included within the purchase price, is a full induction/training session on how to use the product for your horse/s. We are committed to providing you with a full aftercare service for your activo-med product and therefore if you need any further support with using the product, please contact us in the first instance.
* Deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Republic of Ireland and other destinations outside of the UK will incur extra charges, please contact us to discuss.
Placing an order outside of the European Union
If an order is placed for a product to be delivered outside of the European Union, extra costs may be incurred such as extra carriage cost/import duty. We will inform you of any charges at the time of the order to ensure that you are happy with these extra costs.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT @17.5%.
All prices quoted are correct at time of issue but may be subject to change. All prices are in £ sterling and includes VAT @ 17.5%.

Returning an product
Activo-med - All notices of order cancellation, return of goods or complaints must be made in the first instance via email or e-mail to: jr@equisea.com. Please advise us of the reason for the return or complaint.

Equisea will ensure as far as possible that such data will be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Equisea do not sell, trade or rent information on companies or of a personal nature to any other organisation. We sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to our site to measure visitor activity. We use the information to measure the number of visitors to the different areas of the site, and to help us make the site more useful to visitors.
